After an operation, product-specific information of the implanted medical devices can be read off. The implant card is the only document required for this purpose. Before leaving the hospital, make sure that you receive your completed implant card. If you have not received one, please inform your hospital to have your implant card sent to you.

Inside the implant card are stickers for each implanted medical device. On the sticker you will find several symbols with different meanings. In order to be able to interpret and understand all symbols, you will find a list of all possible as well as all used symbols in the labeling explanation.
